I looking for self-publishing my zine and E-publishing online.

Below some information at Kindle(amazon) direct publishing.

Kindle Publishing Guidelines

KDP Select
KDP Select is a free 90-day program for Kindle eBook only. It gives you the opportunity to reach more readers through Amazon and Kindle promotions. All authors regardless of where they live, are eligible.

When you enroll your Kindle eBook in KDP Select, it is automatically included in Kindle Unlimited (KU). Your Kindle eBook will also be eligible for Free Book Promotions and Kindle Countdown Deals (KCD).

Tax Information
Do I have to pay taxes on my KDP sales?

The short answer: yes. Amazon requires all publishers, including nonprofit or tax-exempt organizations, to provide valid taxpayer identification in order to comply with U.S. tax reporting regulations. Tax withholding and specific requirements vary based on whether you are a U.S. person or non-U.S. person.

According to the IRS, for U.S. federal tax purposes, a U.S. person includes, but is not limited to:
An individual who is a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien
A partnership, corporation, company, or association created or organized in the U.S. or under the laws of the U.S.
Any estate (other than a foreign estate)
A domestic trust (as defined in Regulations section for Forms W-9 not required to be signed 301.7701-7)

ISBN for eBooks
An ISBN isn't required to publish an eBook with KDP. Once your content is published on KDP, Amazon will assign it a 10-digit ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number), which is unique to the eBook, and is an identification number for the Kindle eBook on Amazon.

If you already have an ISBN for your eBook, you'll be able to enter it during title setup.

Important: Do not use an ISBN from a print version of your book; eBook ISBNs must be unique to eBook versions.

How to get a free ISBN from KDP
During title setup, you’ll be prompted to include an ISBN. At this point, you can select to have free KDP ISBN assigned to your book. We'll also automatically register your ISBN information with Bowker, the US ISBN agency.
